VPS is proud to introduce our latest Whipple based supercharger systems for the Audi S6/S8 5.2L V10. The new system uses the highly regarded Whipple 175AX twin screw supercharger at its heart. This screw compressor is by far the best supercharger available today. It’s the only supercharger to provide a positive displacement design for maximum low-end torque as well as high efficiency for maximum top-end horsepower. 625 HP and 625 Ft/lbs torque

Many months were spent in CAD after 3D laser scans of the engine were completed. Designing a very efficient manifold design around this very large supercharger given the extremely limited space available in the engine compartments was quite a challenge.  In the end we were able to meet the challenge as well as exceed a few design goals such as fitting 2 very large air to liquid intercoolers in the manifold runners which achieve a huge amount of cooling area. The entire manifold upper section, runners and inlet are CNC machined from solid billet aluminum. The finished parts are powder coated in your choice of red/black or silver/black. Custom color requests are also possible. The system comes complete with all hardware and software. Include high pressure fuel pumps to ensure adequate fueling. Dyno graph below indicates “wheel HP”. Add 20% for crankshaft numbers.

All SC systems are made to order for each client and once ordered there are no refunds permitted. Production takes approximately 6 weeks however logistics delays can occur.
